Yes, there is no doubt that you're being visited by those who have crossed over. The primary reason I know that is that you know it. When you communicate with someone in the afterlife, there is a knowing, a conviction that it was the person. Trust your instincts, and yours tell you you've been having visitations.

That means you're sensitive to the same messages everyone receives, but most aren't able to hear. We're too caught up in the physical realm and doubt to hear them. You, like the mediums, are able to relax the physical realm and let these messages come through.
