Desperate for an ADC from my Dad.

I am a 34 year old woman whose Dad passed away very unexpectedly on December 16, 2004. I want so badly for him to visit me while I'm asleep, or for any other kind of ADC experience. It hasn't happened. I occasionally liten to a radio program called "The Other Side" with Steve Godfrey, and was able to speak with him on the air recently. While on hold I was bursting with excitement, but when I spoke with him he didn't connect with, or even mention my Dad. I understand that I am expecting way too much, way too soon, but I miss my Dad beyond words.

Do you think an IADC would be helpful for someone like me? I listened to Dr. Botkin on Coast to Coast several months before my Dad died, and found myself hanging on every word. He was, to date, the most fascinating guest I have heard on the show.

I'm not sure if scheduling a session with an IADC trained therapist would be beneficial, because my Dad has only been gone a little over a month. Should I give myself more time to work through some of this pain and desperation for an ADC experience before trying this method? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You for your time,
Angie
