Hi,I'm so sorry about Kim's losses. This is a terrible time for her. Kim needs to know that her mother and father are all right. If you can think of the time in their lives when they were happiest together, in the 1940's or 1950's perhaps, they're there again, dressed finely in what they most enjoyed wearing, enjoying all the things they used to love. They're healthy, whole, youthful, and vigorous. And they're still with you, enjoying the life you're enjoying and being part of your joyous times. We know all those things because thousands of people have connected with their loved ones through IADCs and they always have these wonderful, loving messages: "I'm doing fine. I feel wonderful and I'm with the people I love. But I haven't left you. I'm with you always." I encourage Kim to go to an EMDR therapist for her grief. The EMDR therapist won't be able to do an IADC, but the treatment will help with her grief. We do have an IADC therapist in New York City, or you could travel to Libertyville, Illinois, and meet with Al Botkin. The therapist in New York City is, Karen Sherman, Ph.D. Long Island, New York 516.935.5033 DrK723@aol.com Let us know if there is anything we can do to help Kim through this time. Craig Hogan
