Hello Paul,Al is just now training therapists, so they are scattered around the nation. There is a therapist in Hollidaysburg, PA, but that's the only one in Pennsylvania. If that would work for you, send me an e-mail at r.craig.hogan@mindstudies.com and I'll give you the therapist's information.
You realize, I think, that there are EMDR-trained therapists all over. You can see a directory of them at http://emdr.com. However, they aren't trained to do IADCs.
