Go to the EMDR Institute Web page. They have a directory of EMDR psychotherapists. You can look them up by city or state. As far as whether any one of them is especially good, I don't know any way of assessing that. Evaluate them based on the same criteria you would use for any psychotherapist.
As for using EMDR for afterlife connections, the best psychotherapists follow the Guided Afterlife Connections protocol. It uses both audio and visual bilateral stimulation. It continues until those on the other side signal that they've ended. And it focuses entirely on the person's experiences, without discussion or leading.
