Hello Teresa,

I know you're in pain. It's too soon for you to try to have contact with your mother. Your grief is too great.

Just know this. She is with you. She hasn't left you. She will stay with you as long as you're in grief like this. She may be able to inspire you with a message, but may not know how to. And you may be too deep in grief to get the messages. Don't expect them to be in dreams or other obvious visitations. You'll get messages in any way she can send them to you. It may be in a sudden memory of something you haven't thought about in years. It could be in seeing her favorite flower two or three times in a day, or having the lights turn off or on unexplainably.

Just be patient. You're going through grief now. We know in Guided Afterlife Connections that we can't work with someone to have the connection for a year after the death. The grief is too strong. Wait. And know she is with you.
