I monitor four forums and didn't notice that you had translated the message.

Jose, the experience you describe is very real. For some reason, those on the other side are able to manipulate the Earth plane, especially things with electricity, to let us know they're fine and want to communicate.

I would very much like to know about the Butterfly Flight meditation. How do I find out about it? Is it guided? If so, do you have an English translation of the guided meditation.
