I lost my 21yr.old son suddenly in a car accident a little over a year ago. The pain from this loss is tremendous. I have stayed open to experiencing the many aspects of grief. Reading and trying to understand the grief process has helped, along with using positive coping techniques. My daughter and I started a grief support group in our community, which is part of a national grief support group, "The Compassionate Friends." I was recently told about IADC psychotherapy by a friend and read Dr. Botkin's abstract. This therapy sounds awesome, almost too good to be true. I recently bought the book, "Your Eternal Self," as I am so intrigued with this phenomina. I don't live near a trained therapist, so I'm wondering if it can be done in one session. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Denise Kennedy
