I lost my 26-year-old son in June of this year. On many occasions, he as communicated with me in one way or another. When he does, I find that I have to be very quiet and calm and listen for him. Some of his messages seem a little cryptic. One of the first times he came to me, he stood behind me and told he how beautiful it was and how happy he was. I questioned whether I was imagining this, but his parting statement convinced me otherwise. He said, "I'll see you sooner than you think." That's not something I would say to myself. It could mean so many different things...time on his side goes by fast...he'll be back to visit soon...or maybe I don't have much time left in my world.

Another time the shadow of his profile appeared on the other side of the shower curtain and he told me, "You need to be careful." I'm still not sure why I need to be careful, but I think of that often and in different situations that I'm in.

One night I awoke to a beautiful irridescent blue light passing before my eyes. I wasn't afraid, but felt very peaceful and calm. I asked if I could dream about him because I missed him so much. The next night, I had a very lucid dream where he was standing beside my bed. He said..."I'm right here. All you have to do is open your eyes." I was awake and could see him, but I knew if I opened my eyes, he would be gone. I waited a second and when I opened my eyes, a huge whoosh of energy left the spot where he stood and passed right over my chest. It was beautiful.

I hope he continues to visit me. It's the most amazing thing I've ever experienced.
