How do i induce IADC on myself?

Hello, i live in a country where i have no access to IADC therapists. I know most of you will say i need one to have an IADC but for the sake of helping someone in need, i would like to know the basic mechanics of the IADC methodology. It would be nice if someone would write a basic rundown on how the method is done. Thanks.
