You asked whether IADC therapy could help me with finding answers to your questions.
You can't tell what might happen in an IADC experience. You may have an IADC focusing on your father and he may reveal something, but you won't be able to go into an IADC expecting that. You must be willing to have an IADC with no expectations. What is best for you will come out of the experience, but you and the therapist won't know what that is.
